An Experienced Mediator
Gary Faucette has 20 years of experience working with divorcing couples to resolve conflicts and create agreements that work.
Law is Mr. Faucette’s third career. His undergraduate major was accounting at Cal Poly Pomona. He later received his master’s degree in clinical psychology. He was the executive director of community mental health centers in Washington and Arizona before deciding to attend law school. He graduated from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.
Mr. Faucette has been a member of the California Bar since 1989. He began his practice in family law, providing both litigated and mediated divorce services. His background in accounting and psychology, as well as his years of litigation experience, allow Mr. Faucette to listen to both sides and to educate each about their rights and responsibilities. At the same time, he provides some predictability about what they might expect if they proceed to court and have a judge make their decisions for them.
